DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The B2B Services Team supports the Direct Selling activities of Corporate Sales. This Team is responsible for providing support for Corporate Customers through all ticketing channels (e.g. GDS, SWABIZ, Southwest.com), including auditing, business to business, and government travel support functions. Duties and responsibilities include:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Progress towards undergraduate degree in Hospitality or related degree; or pursuing a travel related certification.
To be eligible, must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours)
Maintained 3.5 or above cumulative GPA
Proficiency with GDS programs (Sabre, Travel Port, Amadeus) preferred.
Familiarity with online travel sites (agencies and corporate booking tools) preferred.
Previous Customer Support experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite functions and Salesforce preferred.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines
Must be detailed oriented and ability to work with a sense of urgency
Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
