Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Task assignments will include working on various size projects within the Tech Ops Training Department. 

 

Work with Department Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to develop Training Plans for new projects.

 

Work to develop evaluations of training courses along with the analysis and distribution of the collected information.

 

Work to develop and monitor quality control and quality assurance standards for the Training Department.

 

Research and collect data from a variety of resources.

 

Document, analyze, and report required information and data. 

 

Maintains project plans including tasks, milestones, supporting data.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

 

Must be at least 18 years of age.

 

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

 

EDUCATION:

 

Progress towards degree, major/minor in Project Management, Organizational Development, Statistics or Business related field required.

 

Minimum junior level.

 

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

 

Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.

 

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

 

Problem solving ability and strong written/verbal communications skills.

 

Ability to work independently and willingness to function as part of a Team.

 

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.

 

Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.

 

Quick learner, self-motivated, team oriented, with a sense of humor.

 

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

 

Intermediate Excel and/or inferential statistics preferred.

 

Root cause and trend analysis preferred.

 

Experience in Project Management preferred.

 

Strong interest in Training as a career is a plus.
