DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Task assignments will include working on various size projects and helping to maintain day-to-day business for SWA University’s Coordination and Scheduling Teams.
Maintain effective business practices in all areas of responsibility; recommends enhancements to ensure effective and efficient processes.
Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and Internal/External Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence.
Assist with special projects and events as requested (Classes, workshops, training, etc.).
Conduct research and handle special projects to support the goals and objectives of SWA U initiatives.
Executes and defines project plans to achieve project goals on-time and within budget.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Progress towards degree, major/minor in Training Development, Learning Technology, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum junior level.
To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).
Maintained 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.
Experience with overseeing projects from start to finish preferred.
Experience assisting or supporting with training programs is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Problem solving ability and strong written/verbal communications skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and concurrent assignments.
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.
Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.
Quick learner, must be self-motivated and team oriented.
